The Omni Amelia Island Resort offers a true farm-to-table dinner series called The Sprouting Project. Offered monthly, these dinners includes a tour of the resort's state-of-the-art aquaponic greenhouse, expansive organic gardens, the barrel room and large collection of beehives- while guest enjoy passed bites and harvest inspired cocktails, all before a five-course chef inspired dinner. Each monthly event has a unique theme and showcases both the creativity and culture of the Omni’s premiere chefs, in a tranquil, outdoor setting.
